2. Service Availability & SLA

Service Areas: Lucknow and Gorakhpur (selected neighborhoods only)

Service Timing (SLA):

• Primary areas: We AIM for 2-hour arrival (NOT guaranteed)
• Extended areas: 4-6 hours
• Normal hours: 8 AM - 8 PM IST
• Emergency services available (extra charge applies)

⚠️ IMPORTANT: We do NOT guarantee exact 2-hour arrival. Traffic, weather, distance, and technician availability may cause delays. We'll notify you if running late and reschedule at no charge.

3. Water Quality & Health Claims

What We DON'T Claim:

• ✗ RO water is "100% pure" or "completely safe"
• ✗ RO will cure diseases or health conditions
• ✗ Our service "removes all contaminants"
• ✗ Specific health benefits for patients

What We Do Provide:

• ✓ Water quality testing per BIS IS 10500 standards
• ✓ TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) measurement
• ✓ Maintenance per manufacturer specifications
• ✓ Bacterial contamination reduction (not elimination)
• ✓ Professional diagnosis and repair

Disclaimer: Water quality depends on your input water source. If municipal water quality is poor, RO will improve it but cannot make it "perfect." We recommend consulting a water quality expert for pre-RO water testing.

4. Pricing & Cost Estimates

• ✓ Final bill matches approved estimate (±5% variance for parts)

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Our Warranty DOES NOT Cover:

• ✗ Water source issues (low pressure, poor quality, contaminants)
• ✗ Issues from non-genuine spare parts used after our service
• ✗ Modification or installation by other technicians
• ✗ Natural disasters, accidents, or external damage
• ✗ Issues caused by electrical fluctuations or surges

Proper Maintenance Required: To maintain warranty validity, you must:

• ✓ Follow manufacturer maintenance schedule
• ✓ Replace filters at recommended intervals
• ✓ Use only genuine spare parts
• ✓ Not modify the system yourself
• ✓ Keep the unit away from direct heat/sunlight

6. No Liability For:

We are NOT liable for:

• Water quality variations or municipal supply issues
• Water pressure fluctuations (beyond our control)
• Property damage from water leakage or spillage
• Water wastage or "reject water" (normal RO operation)
• Electrical damage to connected appliances
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Specific RO lifespan (depends on water quality and usage)

Note: RO systems naturally produce some "waste water" or "reject water" as part of purification. This is normal and expected. We're not responsible for disposal arrangements beyond our service area.
